In addition, when you have an after-sales request for service, for a duplicate key, for a mastercode, and for any warranty or guarantee claim, we collect a copy of your valid government-issued ID. This is to ensure that only the rightful owner of safe can open the product and access its contents, and can make a warranty or guarantee claim.
Use
The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes within Zenorex Marketing Corporation and is only shared with outside parties if it is required by law or if it is necessary to fulfill a contract.
The information enables you to properly purchase our products and enables the company to correctly deliver products to you and to satisfactorily address after-sales issues.
Protection Measures
Only authorized Zenorex Marketing Corporation personnel and service providers have access to this personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. The information will be stored for ten (10) years, after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be deleted.
Access and Correction
