Request Technical Service

Step 1 -    To enable us ­to help you with the technical service you must provide the items listed:

          1.1   Technical Request Form  TRF 09301019.png
          1.2   Proof of purchase (i.e.Official Receipt or
                  Notarized Affidavit of Purchased and Ownership)

          1.3   Copy of valid Government issued ID  
          1.4   If product is company-owned, copy of valid company Id   
          1.5   Prepare payment for service.  
                  If the product is under warranty  and ZMC, in its sole opinion,
                  has determined that the problem is a manufacturer warranty issue, 
                  inspection fee and repair costs will be waived.
